Gary A. Drascher, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Drascher, a graduate of Mount Sinai School of Medicine completed a fellowship in vascular surgery following General Surgery training.  He specialized in open and minimally invasive vascular procedures and also has had extensive experience in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery.  He is certified by the American Board of Surgery, A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery, Peripheral Vascular Surgery Society, New Jersey Vascular Society, Eastern Vascular Society, AMA, Medical Society of New Jersey, and Somerset County Medical Society. He has served as president of the Somerset County Medical Society and is currently on the board of trustees.  He is a Clinical Instructor in Surgery at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.  He has been active at the Somerset Medical Center having served as Chief of Vascular Surgery, Medical Director of the Vascular Lab and Director of the Department of Surgery.

Please bring the following to your appointment:

• Any past or present lab test results, CT Scans, or X-Rays, that pertain to your current illness.

• Insurance referral, if required

• Completed patient intake forms (click links on left side of page to print).

• Insurance Cards

First time appointments can take approximately 45 minutes.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to process your paperwork.

Cancellation Policy:
We ask that if you must cancel your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice so another patient may be scheduled to see the doctor in your place.

*In case of emergency, one of our surgeons is available 24 hours a day.
